Your AI strategy has opinions.
It needs a P&L.
We install sensors on your infrastructure, measure what AI actually costs and returns across your top workflows, and hand your CFO a number. In 14 days, flat fee.
Everyone bought AI. Almost no one measured it.
Training happened. Tools multiplied. Budgets grew. And the honest answer to "what is it returning?" is still a shrug in most companies. Surveys and proficiency quizzes measure what people say. We measure what your organization does.
Ghost seats
Paid AI licenses with zero logins in 30 days: pure recovery, usually the fastest.
Twin tools
Two or more subscriptions doing the same job in different departments.
Model mismatch
Frontier-priced traffic on template-grade tasks. Telemetry makes it visible instantly.
Quality drag
AI-assisted work that's faster but worse. Speed that degrades quality is negative ROI, and invisible without a benchmark.
Fourteen days. Mostly passive. Fully instrumented.
Sensor install
A lightweight gateway goes on a VM inside your network in under two hours. It logs metadata only: model, tokens, cost, team. Prompts are never logged. Nothing leaves your perimeter.
Baselines & benchmarks
We time your top 5 recurring workflows the way they run today, and build a quality benchmark from 30 real examples of accepted work per workflow.
Passive measurement
The sensor watches traffic and spend. Your team does nothing except a 4-minute anonymous pulse survey, twice.
Assisted runs, blind-scored
The same operators re-run the same workflows with your current AI stack. Outputs are scored blind against the benchmark; nobody grading knows which mode produced what.
The readout
Ninety minutes, CFO in the room. Score, P&L, waste map, and a ranked next-90-days plan. Report delivered after the meeting.
The report your board meeting has been missing.
- Proof Index score (0–100): adoption, efficiency, quality, governance, benchmarked
- The AI P&L: measured annual cost vs. measured annual return, by department
- Waste map: itemized and annualized, with a recovery action per line
- Five workflow scorecards: before/after time, quality delta, and verdict (scale / fix / stop)
- Governance gaps: ranked by actual exposure, not theory
- Next 90 days: three ranked moves, each priced, none mandatory
- Method appendix: exactly how everything was measured. Auditors show their work
Illustrative format: your numbers will be your numbers. That's the point.
Flat. Fast. Guaranteed.

- The number your board asks for, on schedule
What buyers ask before saying yes.
We already did an AI assessment. How is this different?
Was it a survey or a sensor? Assessments and proficiency quizzes measure what people say and know. We measure traffic, spend, and timed, blind-scored workflows. Different instrument, different answers. Companies that score well on quizzes are routinely shocked by their P&L.
Our data is sensitive. What leaves our network?
Nothing. The sensor runs on your VM, logs metadata only (model, tokens, cost, team tag; never prompt contents), and we export aggregates for the report. Your admin holds the keys; the sensor can be removed the day the audit ends.
How much of our team's time does this take?
About six hours total across 14 days: a kickoff hour, workflow baseline sessions, and the Day-13 assisted runs. The measurement window in between is passive.
What if you don't find anything?
Then the fee is refunded in full. That's the guarantee, in the agreement, in writing: if the audit doesn't identify annualized recoverable waste or measured gains worth at least the audit fee, you pay nothing. In practice, ghost seats and model mismatch alone typically exceed the fee. If your AI operation is genuinely that tight, the report proving it is worth having and costs you nothing.
Is this a sales pitch for a big consulting engagement?
The report ends with three ranked, priced moves, and you can execute them with anyone, including your own team. The method appendix shows all our work precisely so that the report stands alone.
Who is this NOT for?
Companies under ~25 knowledge workers (the Mini-Index will serve you fine), and anyone who wants a rubber stamp. The sensors report what they find.
Fourteen days from now, you'll have the number.
